Ret has more than 15 years as an educator at the secondary and university level. In addition to time spent in the traditional classroom, Ret has extensive experience teaching in experiential education settings from high altitude glaciers of the Andes to sailboats on the Chesapeake to the fly fishing creeks of the Yukon and Alaska. Ret's goal has always been to inspire students to make connections between traditional academic coursework and the world beyond the end of the school day.
